Field readings that work offline
Readings are stored on the device and sync when connectivity returns. Conflicts are shown for review and never silently overwritten.

Consumption insight
Dashboards show collections, dues and usage trends, and unusual consumption is flagged early as a possible leak.

Who is NeerLink for?
Private water companies that want to replace paper registers and spreadsheets with a digital system, whether they serve a single ward, a village or a wider area.
How does a company get started?
Speak with our team. We review your requirements, confirm your company details and work with you on set-up before you go live.
Is NeerLink connected with the Kerala Water Authority?
No. NeerLink is an independent platform for privately managed water supply. It is not a government service and is not affiliated with the Kerala Water Authority.
How is our data kept separate?
Each company operates in its own workspace, with its own consumers, tariffs, staff and accounts. No other company can see that data, and access within your company follows the roles you assign.
Does it work in areas with poor connectivity?
Yes. Field agents can capture readings offline in the NeerLink Business app. Readings sync when the connection returns, and an administrator confirms them before billing.
Can consumers pay online?
Online payment is in development and will settle to each company's own Razorpay or PhonePe merchant account. Today, your staff record cash and other payments in NeerLink, and consumers see them in the app.
How do consumers get access?
Your company creates each consumer's login when it adds their connection. Consumers then sign in with their mobile number on the app or the web.
